Keno requires a valid university email address (ending in .gr) to verify you're a student. After signing up, check your inbox for a verification link — if you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
To report an event or a user, open it and tap the report icon, then choose a reason. Our team reviews every report and removes content that violates our Terms of Service.
Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and data and can't be undone. If you're asked to sign in again first, that's a normal security step — sign back in and try again.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your university email. We'll send you a reset link.
